that is the same exact model ar that i have which is a bushmaster and i love it. it has been great and never gave me a single issue at all. definetlt go with the a3 removable carry handle, that is the best way to go when you decide to put red dots or scopes and such on there. here are a few pics of mine to show you some of the different things you can put on there, and ways to modify it. there are thousands of options out there, that's what makes the ar's so awesome.

I would try to buy the gun in two pieces, upper and lower, at two different times to save yourself the taxes.

I would also keep in mind that the Izzy compensator is loud, and is a AWB piece of mandated equipment. I prefer a flash hider on my AR.
