Well, kind of at least. At the very heel of the grip frame, the wood of the grips bevels inward leaving the just a small amount of the pointiest part of the grip frame exposed. That small exposed part eats up my hand. I have tried shooting with different hand positions, but the way I do it, it will have my hand raw after only a few shots. I do not have large hands, but they are a little long.
I have no other problem with the grip shape, and want wood handles, but does anyone else make a grip that will fit flush to the grip frame all of the way around? I have thought about altering the grip frame, but I think new grips would be easier and more inexpensive.

Fill in the offending recess with some epoxy on a working gun. Just don't glue the grip panels on.

Try Air Force Lt. Col. Scott Kolar. He lives near Pittsburg, Pa. He's the owner of SK Grips, some of the best out there, plus he's a fellow sixgunner. If you can't locate him with your search engine, try posting this question at www.sixgunner.com Someone there can lead you to Scott.
