Revelation was used by Western Auto. (When I was a kid anyway.)
From the little I've read about them, New Haven was Mossberg's name for guns they sold to chain stores.
From the trades names list in the back of the Standard Catalog of Firearms:
New Haven Arms Company - Trade name found on Belgian shotguns imported by either E.K. Tryon of Philadelphia or the Great Western Gun Works of Pittsburgh PA.

John's info is correct... New Haven is Mossberg and
Revelation is Western Auto to include Savage, Stevens,
Hi Standard or Mossberg depending on the model.
