Help picking a concealed carry

5 rounds for the XD-S .45, I think I would just stick with a wheel gun, yea I know-- the XD-S 45 is smaller than an N frame still -- would rather go for a S&W 44Mag or 45ACP 329 /325 night guard.

My experience goes kinda like this: If you think it's the right size, sometimes it's too big. If you think it's the right weight, sometimes it weighs too much. When you think you've found the right holster, you need to try 10 more to find the REALLY right holster. It never ends. The only thing consistent in what I've been carrying is the LCP because sometimes that's the only thing that fits. Other than that I've gone through an XD45, Glock 26, FNP9, 5" 1911, M&P 9 and a few others. I do like the 1911 because it's slim but it's also pretty heavy.

Actually I think I am going to do the rugged lcr 9 with hollowpoints. price is very manageable and will work and glock will have to wait for a while

I'm a simple man, carry either a Bersa Thunder .380 or a Ruger SR9c 9mm or a NAA pocket .22 mag they will do the job.

I've got a Ruger full sized 9mm and a Kahr 9mm. The Ruger stays at home for defense and the Kahr is the one that I carry. Great gun and I would recommend it.
