Help---RomAk 3 (7.62x54R)

Need some help here guys. I gotta chance to buy a RomAk-3 Dragonov style rifle. Romainian manufacture in 7.62x54R. Guy wants $780.00.

Is this too much to pay?

How do these rifles perform?

Is it worth it?

Last time I checked InterOrdnance was selling them NIB w/8x scope for $695. Throw in a Red Star Arms adjustable trigger group, make sure the handguards aren't touching the bbl, use Wolf 148gr exclusively and you'll get the best you can out of the Romak-3. Some have reported sub-moa using the Wolf 148gr in the Romak-3. HTH...
