Help! serious primer flipped or crushed issue

so i got a hold of a used lee loadmaster and notices the primer system was jamming a lot so i replaced some broken parts and now when i try to run the press i get flipped or crushed primers 2/3 of the time. anyone have any pointers as to what might fix this???
