Help with a mossberg stock

Can anyone tell me if I can put a 500 superbantam adjustable stock on my wifes 500 bantam

All Mossberg 500 stocks are interchangable within guages...

The 12 GA and the 20 GA will fit on each other but the 12 GA is slightly wider that the 20GA, so there will be a slight overhang if you swap between guages...

it might overhang a bit, as Smitty said. If the stock is wood and you have any skill in woodworking, you could sand the stock to a better fit and finish.

are there any issues with bolt length for the stock bolt

the stock bolt should be interchangeable as well.
