I have a 2 questions.
1. What weight bullet is the CETME barrel rifled for? I took my CAI CETME to the range today to try and zero it with some handload hunting rounds, using 150gr Hornady SST's with 42gr of Varget in Indian brass, best 3 shot group was 6" @ 100yds, using same bullet with 44gr Varget and Privi brass, best 3 shot group was just over 4" @ 100yds. Using 150 Hornady FMJ and 42gr Varget and Indian brass yielded a 6" 3 shot group. Commercial Monarch (Privi) 150gr PSP gave a 4" 3 shot group. None were exactly where I wanted them to be, which makes me think that either my scope is bad or I was pulling the shots due to a heavy trigger pull. I did manage to get a 3 shot group with 2 touching 2" low and a flyer 4" high and 1" left @ 50yds. Which leads to my 2nd question.
2. What is the easiest way to tune (lighten/smooth) a CETME trigger?
