They are a sweet little S.A .22 ,I have a couple cant beat them for the price . They arent as nice as a Ruger , but they dont cost 500 bucks.

I have two of them. One is the "standard" model with the 4.75-inch barrel. The other is the 3.5-inch "birdshead" model. Both are hard to put down once in hand, but it wasn't until today (05/05, date is changing as I type) that I got to try that second one, and I had forgotten to bring "good" ammo, so I was stuck with some dirty Remington GBs that fouled the chambers pretty quickly.

I enjoy loading, shooting, and unloading them more than with my .22 autoloaders, but I have to admit I haven't tried the secondhand Ruger NM-SS I got a year or so back yet.

There is talk on them sometimes over at the Bryco-Jenning-Jiminez forums..

I bought one and have to say, I was very impressed. I was not expecting this much quality. Goes good with My Henry 22.cal Frontier. Not many firearms out there, that you can get for that price and quality. Sure does bring a lot of fun at the range. Not a Blackhawk like my 9mm/357 which is built like a tank, but you cannot beat it for the Price.

I own a couple and my brother owns one as well. All of ours are great shooters and well worth the price IMHO. I agree that they are fun shooters as all single action revolvers are IMHO. I did purchase one in one of the other calibers Heritage made, a 32 H&R Mag and was disappointed with the accuracy of it. I have since learned that they are hit or miss in that department as the barrels are pressed in with an interference fit and a very few are problematic. The 32 versions are no longer made so I was not able to get it fixed/replaced and have to adjust with Kentucky windage unfortunately. The .22 versions can be sent back for repair/replacement though.

My first handgun (when I was about 15) was one of these. Shot the crap out of it. After breaking the Pawl for the 3rd time I passed it down to my little brother. But to be fair I shot the living crap out of that thing.

I have the birdshead version and love it! The plastic ivory grips fill my hand perfectly the the thing is just plain fun to shoot. I wish the rear sights were more visible, but some accent paint helps.
