I have passed on the Heritage

Good morning and thanks for all your knowledge and insight on this subject. That's why I come here.

I'm passing on the Heritage because of the price. It's still for sale, and I believe it will be for some time. I offered him $100 and he wouldn't bite. So, no big loss there.
