I have a fixed sight ruger single six that has no bluing left, I bought it used over 20 years ago. cylinder still tight, accuracy is excellent. no repairs needed since Ive had it. SEVERAL thousand of rounds through it and its still tight ,and most likely will be in 10 years or so when my grandson is old enough for it. Anyone out there with a heritage that can say the same? ( no sarcasm, I would really like to know.)
About 15 years or so ago, i had a single action .22 revolver that had birds head grips, fixed sights and ( I think) a 3" barrel. I really liked it, but sold it during a divorce. I think it may have been a heritage, but I'm not sure. Anybody out there know if this is the same gun?
