Hey there tuner I did what you said and checked the extractor tention it held the shell a live round and shook the pistol pretty it dropped a little but diddn't fall out through the magwell. Second thing is i checked the chamber and don't see any burrs or rough toolmarks or anything. The extractor hook looked fine i diddn't see any damage to the hook or its corners, however the lower corner was a little rounded does that mean its worn? Also tuner the extractor hook itself had a good bit of gunk in it that I cleaned out. last thing is assumeing this was/is an extractor issue what puzzles me most is it stopped when i stopped using this one magazine any ideas on that? thanks so far for all your help your great tuner.

You're assumption may be wrong ! Always number your mags so you can tell if the problem only happens with one mag .If it's just one mag don't use that mag... The lower corner is sometimes stoned to tune the extractor . There are so many things involved in the proper feeding of an auto - mags, dirt , burrs, worn parts ,ammo etc. Sometimes it's difficult to diagnose the problem.

Thanks mete i think its safe to say it was that one mag at this point being the gun hasen't done it since chucking that mag aside. I'am gonna get some wilson 47 mags an head to the range this weekend and see what happens.
