Hey Colorado members!

I have a leftover deer tag for a whitetail doe, good only in GMU 104, for December 1st through 14th rifle season, and I need a place to hunt. Just me, one lonely old man, nobody else. Using a .44 mag or .30-30 rifle.

Anybody here with land and whitetails in 104? Or that may know a friendly landowner? Please?

Good luck Ron. Unless you know somebody with land 104 is just about impossible. And most of the good sized chunks are leased to outfitters.

Thanks H&H! So I'm finding out.....

I do know a guy that shoots mulies in his backyard, I need to ask if he ever sees any whitetails.

And the other issue with 104 is that it holds very few whitetail. Move one unit east over into 105 and the whitetail population is pretty healthy. I'm not sure I've ever seen a whitetail in 104. I never put in for a 104 or a 105 tag unless I've already got a chunk of land hammered down for use.
