I notice in most of your threads about the '51/'61 Navies you do a lot of your shootin' at (or around) 25 yards. Usually you state they shoot pretty much point-of-aim at that distance even though the old Navies were factory sighted in for 75 yards. Is there an explanation for this?

I think most of the original-manufacture Navies were equipped with a small bead front sight whereas the modern replicas often come with a blade front sight and that could explain the different points of impact. However...

... MEC may have other comments well worth hearing.
