I've been lurking here for a while, but the recent couple of threads on lady shooters has spurred me to say hello, and post a video I took today of my wife shooting her Steyr Scout Tactical Elite on one of the military ranges at Sennybridge, Wales where we're lucky enough to get to play.
You can just see the reflection of the sun on the targets as they go down and reset on a couple of shots.

Thanks, the hat is actually from the US I got it in Cabelas!

My wife is from Iowa so we spend a month or so in the US every year, and I've even bought some land to hunt and retire on!!!

And although we have no CCW here, she's always ready to protect the nest..

Is that an Enfield .303? The bayonet length looks sort of WW1ish.

Iowa isn't too bad for taxes, and is better than sun belt places when it comes to crime rates, imo.

Yup it's a .303 SMLE 1942 made, but the bayonet is original 1907

We've got a few others, a .303 No.4 Lee Enfield, an Enfield Enforcer .308, a Steyr Tactical Elite .223, a Winchester 94 in .357, a Calico M100, 2 BSA .22s and a Ruger 10/22, and a Euroarms Rogers and Spencer .44 blackpowder revolver

Before all the handguns were banned over here I had a 9mm Walther p38, a .45 Randall 1911, a Colt Gold cup .45, a Beretta 92, a Britarms .22 target pistol and a Colt Python .357, all now sadly gone to the furnace

Still, working now on getting my father in law in Iowa to get a permit and a .45 for me to play with on the farm when I come over, to re-live the good old days, and stick a couple of fingers up at Tony Blair and his cronies

Incidentally, we're coming to Iowa for christmas and visiting Minneapolis to see one of my wife's friends, I heard somewhere that there's a range there where you can rent full auto guns, does anyone know anything about it???
