actually been a lurker for quite awhile. Thought I would give a formal introduction...so here goes!

My name is Scott and I live in Southern California. Hobbies include cars, aviation and of course Firearms!

This weekend I put a pre-64 Winchester Model 94 on layaway...this example was manufactured in 1963. It's a rifle that I have always wanted, and am pretty excited about it. It's my 30th Birthday present to myself.

Other Firearms I have include:

Ugartechea Double Barrel .410 Shotgun
Anshutz .22 Bolt Action Rifle
(the last two are back in my hometown)

Got plenty of beer already, need ammo. Ran out of.44 mag. the other day. I need more 9mm also. I think I have all the other calibers covered. :D

Be warned; Your first Enfield will be just that, your FIRST. It will not me the last, you WILL be infected with "Enfielditis", an incurable, inflamitory condition that causes swelling of your Enfield collection. :neener: :evil:

Glad to have ya aboard - Pre 64 model 94 - good choice . Everyone needs at least one lever gun. Mine's a 94 trapper
