HI Power 9mm with Serial number beginning with E question

The HI POWER GUY here, does anyone have any information on the origin of a Hi Power with a serial number begining with E? I've found alot of information on the other Serial Numbers and Letter Codes, but only one posted by a company selling one. I believe the description was inflated to inflate the price. Any assistance is appreciated.
