Hi- Power oal

Does anyone have a pet oal for 9mm 115 jhp's that there hi- power will reliable feed as close as I've came is 1.15. My wives kel-tec and my buddies Glock 19 likes em. Rem 115 jhp and 5.5 gr Unique. Shorter oal makes em worse. Feed ramp has been worked on. Tried other brands of 115 jhp's same results. Factory fmj 115's at 1.148 or so feed fine, any ideas?

OAL is a function of your barrel and the exact brand, weight and type of bullet used. You gave us the weight only.

I dont have a Hi Power, but 1.156 works fine with RN in my CZ, XDm, Sigs, etc.

EDIT: Just noticed you're using JHP. You might try just RN and see if that helps. My OAL is for RN, NOT JHP. You might also try a JHP mfgr that has a smaller opening on the HP. What bullet mfgr are you using? You mentioned the feed ramp has been worked on. Who did it, and what was done? Are there any marks on the JHP from not feeding correctly?

For my Hi Power, I'm using a 125gr lead bullet from Missouri Bullet. I'm at 1.075 to 1.08 and it feeds very reliably. I haven't had a FTF yet.

Thanks folks, I'm loading Rem and Prvi 115 gr jhp. Trying to find some some ground.
