Where could one get a new FN/Browning Hi-Power in 9mm with fixed sights? Are there any custom shops that can put one together for me?

Also what improvements would y'all suggest?

The only improvement I can think of is a commander type hammer.

I have no experience with the firearm, but have always wanted this classic in my collection.

You actually in Singapore? No firearms, at all, if you are. However, the only thing a BHP needs is the mag safety removed and a trigger job. Any Browning handgun dealer will have 'em. MSRP is $1,069US for an adjustable sighted 'Standard' model. Retail prices will be less.
You may want to consider a used one. Most of 'em come with the "commander" style hammer. They're not a whole lot less expensive though.

Yup, I live in the tropics. You got to join the gun club and leave your weapon there if you want one. Not for me, I just do my shooting when I visit the States.

Much of the time, removing the magazine safety IS a trigger job. It worked that way on my pre-MkII transition gun.
