I inherited that Pistol, but It will not cock, I have watched the Take Down Video, but can't remove the inner Spring and Firing Pin, any Help how to do that and what could cause the Pistol not to cock is appreciated!
Don't proceed further than the field-strip process unless absolutely necessary.
The striker spring (inner spring) may be very snug on the striker. To remove the striker, remove the barrel and slide and recoil spring, then put the safety in the "fire" position, hold on to the striker, and pull the trigger. It should move forward out of its housing.
If it won't cock I'm guessing either the sear engagement surface or the corresponding notch in the striker is worn.
Strikers and springs are available from numrich/brownells/High Standard texas. For a sear you might try HS texas first. Numrich is sold out. I'd try a striker first, if it looks like yours is worn. Easy to replace.
