High-ride OWB holster for a J frame?

I’ve gotten too fat for IWB holsters in my waning years. Looking for an extremely high-riding OWB leather holster for a S&W J frame. Suggestions?

I use the El Paso Saddelry Street Combat or the D.M. Bullard Combat. They are very similar pancake style holsters. I also use them for my N Frame 327 and my full sized 1911.

Roy's Original Pancake holster's are great. Here is a link to a LNIB version http://gunbroker.com/Auction/ViewItem.asp?Item=127147898 I found mine used at a gun show for $10.

+1 on the Silver Dollar Pancake from Simply Rugged that is an excellent option also.

Kramer Belt Scabbard

The Kramer belt scabbard for a J frame rides very high and tight to the body. I own one, and the picture below is from the Kramer website:
