High Standard NATO 49er

I would like information on this double nine. No model number on right side of frame, just a serial number. " NATO 49er .22 "on left barrel and "High Standard Mfg Corp, Hamden, Conn" on right barrel. The frame is black alloy with faux stag grips.

I have found that this pistol was made in the 70's by a large un-named distributor and no one knows who they were.
