Hillarious gun quote...

A freind just e-mailed the following to me:

"I saw a funny pic on facebook yesterday. It was from Allen West Republic. It went something along the lines of "If I have 10 guns, and the federal government requires me to turn in 8 of them, how many guns will I have? That's right, 10!" "

Yep, I saw that one and circulated it around. Lots of good stuff like that out there on the interwebz.

Not much different than saying "If I want to manufacture a machine gun, but the federal government won't let me, guess what I'll do? I'l manufacture four machine guns!"



Which of course is not something I would say as I have no interest in manufacturing a machine gun. I couldn't afford the ammo.

I bought a friend's Hi-Point because he wanted to sell it. I told someone who asked me why I bought it that "well, he wanted to sell it." I didn't get the question.

But, I have since told at least some people that "I have it (and/or others) because the .gov doesn't want me to."

Same here, but I have gained and retained the knowledge for all such things in case ever necessary.
