HK marked sporter mauser

I recently saw a rather well done sporterization of a k98 mauser. It was not a "bubba" and both the barrel and receiver are marked with an HK in a triangle.

No, I don't think it's Hecklor and Koch. However, I'm trying to find out who that makers mark belongs to.

Any ideas? Thanks!
