HK USP with GGG slimline adapter

I am currently considering attaching a GG&G slimline rail adapter onto my H&K USP. The reason I am considering this configuration is because GG&G put out the slimest adapter in the market that I have seen thus far. Right now, I carry with a Bianchi 7500. Here is the question now: would this radically change the profile of my firearm beyond the tolerances of the holster (i.e. the weapon will no longer fit the holster because there is no allowance for the adapter)? This is just with the adapter on... no light. Obviously, attaching an ITI M6 or SF X200 would definitely make it not fit.

I've been in contact with GG&G as well as Bianchi with responses which are very tentative at best simply because no one has tried that configuration as yet.
