Why do they not have load data for other cartridges for this powder? hard to take a guess but with the burn rate in-between CFE-223 and H-380, you would think good things in 30-06. 308 win and maybe the .223.

Anyone try it in a cartridge that it is not listed?

Why, because LVR was specifically designed to work in the 30-30, 35 Rem, the 308 & 338 Marlin Express and the 25-35. It's a designer powder with limited usage and IMO it's very good at what it was meant to do. Each factory Leverevolution cartridge uses a custom blend of LVR powder. The formulation being sold by Hodgdon is the 30-30 formulation.

Here is the link to a recent thread about LVR.

thanks arch: i am just curious because it is like 150 buck for 8lbs and if i can plink with it, why not? I have some good loads off of another site and they are even outrunning published data for some not so good for cal powders. i know if it works in the 30-30 why not 30-40 krag or other similar cali. i will get a lb and work some loads up for the price per lb.
