I just got an M&P9c and was looking for a leather in the waist band holster. Does anyone have one that they absolutley love and would buy again if they lost or wore it out. I looked at a few of the big name makers and saw what they had. I also know their are some small companies or individual holster makers out their that I may over look. Sometimes this is where you will find the best products.

Thanks for any info.

Thanks for asking the question. I'm in the same boat and will follow this thread with interest. In line with the OP, I'd like to ask specifically for M&Pc experience. Just b/c somebody makes a superb holster for one handgun, I'm not confident that it would indicate success for their M&Pc holsters, so please exclude other pistols.

Okay, I don't own a M&P9C. BUT, I do own a G26 which is very similar in size. Get a Milt Sparks Versa Max 2. It is worth the wait. By far, the most comfortable holster, IWB or OWB, I own.

83,

I have an M&P9c.

I will also follow this thread with interest.

The holster that I use for mine now is the Comptac CTAC. It doesn't meet your requirements because it is kydex.

When I first purchased it, I thought I had really wasted about $80. But once I got it properly adjusted, I absolutely love it. It is very comfortable IWB. I purchased the "slide" version, which means the kydex piece is a little shorter. Now all my M&Ps (9, 9c, 40, 45) can ride in the same holster.

Comp-tac is now also making a crossbreed (kydex and leather) holster called the Minotaur MTAC. It looks pretty interesting.

Anyway...maybe others will have more to offer, but I thought I'd at least share what I've tried so far.

I get a lot of requests for them. I may take pics of the one I just finished, when I get home. See my sig for contact info.
