Just heard on the scanner here in SE I0WA. Two or three teenagers, driving around town pointing guns at people!! A CCW person got close enough and could tell they were plastic toy guns.While on the phone with the police. He took one heck of a chance to get close enough to see they were fake! That also goes to show that CCW holders are not just waiting to shoot someone, talk about self control. He legaly could have shot them as soon as they pointed the guns at him. The lowly CCW gun nut restrained himself! But our LEO's would have shot them, there are kinda trigger happy around here, Some of them.
