Almost 30 years ago for me...It has NOT gone away yet.
The way the criminal mindset has moved from "Take the Money & Run" to "Leave NO breathing witness behind", I have absolutely no doubt that if this were to happen to me and Mrs. Foggy now, the Police would find both of us "cooling to room temperature".
