Hornaday .223 TAP Training ammo?

I found a local dealer that has a pretty good deal on the 55 grain version of this ammo, and I was wondering if any of you have ever run it through your AR's? If so, how does it shoot? And, have you ever had any feeding/extracting problems with it?

I'm looking for quality ammo that I can buy in bulk for range/training purposes as well.

From what I gather, it is steel-cased, but other than that I'm guessing it is quality since it is from Hornady.

My brother bought 500 rounds at the last gun show and has gone through at least 150 in his DPMS AR, no problems. Seems to be fine ammo and was cheaper then wolf.

TAP ammo is probably the best you can use.

If I could just find some TAP II available in 75gr for my 5.56.....
