I purchased a box of 130 grain superformence hornady cartridges for my 270, I normally reload but due to a shortage of time I made the purchase. Although the end of the box states the cartridges are loaded with interbond bullets the back of the box indicates that only sst or gmx bullets are available in superformence. Upon checking the hornady website they indicate the same. The cartridges in question also are loaded with bullets with a cannelure which my hornady interbond bullets for reloading do not have, they look like the sst bullet. To further confuse the situation the sku number on the box matches the the hornady number for a 130 grain superformence interbond bullet. Due to the appearence of the bullet and the confusing info on the box I am not sure if I have interbond bullets or not. Any ideas if they are interbond bullets or sst bullets, I do not want to use sst bullets for moose.
