Hornady case feeder problem

when I put a couple hundred or so 45 acp casings in the feeder hoper it does not want to turn.

Is there a clutch adjustment on it somewhere. don't see anything in the manual about it

Two allen screws / bolts in the middle of the case plate. Tighten them both ever so slightly, a little goes a long way.
