Hornady Die Issue?

I have the TiN coated sizing die in 9mm. As a case cycles in and out of it, the TiN coated(yellow) ring moves up and down with the press, about 1mm of movement. I don't recall it doing this when new, but I could be wrong. That was about 5-6000 rounds ago, so this is not an old die... Is this something normal for these dies, or is this beginning to fail?

It's on the verge of failure! return it to hornady and they will make it right for you.

You may just want to call them, last time I emailed it took a while (weeks)...I have seen threads that mention the hold times are a little long but most seemed happy with results though...
