Hornady LnL/PTX expander Station 2 with Bullet Feeder in Station 3?

With my Hornady LnL for 9MM, I typically put 1) Sizer, 2) Expander, 3) Powder Drop, 4) Bullet Feeder, 5) Bullet Seater/Taper Crimp.

I decided to get separate Seating Die and Taper Crimp Die.

Accordingly, learning the PTX Expander, I was considering this configuration: 1) Sizer, 2) Powder Drop/PTX Expander, 3) Bullet Feeder, 4) Bullet Seater and 5) Taper Crimp die.

But I find that in station 2, the Powder Drop/PTX pushes against the Primer Tube on one side and I can’t find an angle for the Powder Drop that lets me mount the Bullet Feeder in station 3.

Anyone else do this configuration successfully? Suggestions?

I have the PTX and powder drop in station two and run it with no problems. You may have to adjust the powder drop slightly in the bushing to get everything to work together. It should have the powder adjuster stem pointing toward the number 5 station crowding the number 1 station slightly. I haven't ran the bullet feeder die in station 3, I'll have to go see if it will clear everything.

Checked it and it looks like it should clear just fine using bullet tubes. I don't have the spring style feeder tube so that may be a little different fit.

All though this is for rifle and has no PTX this is the direction you want to mount your power drop.

I’ll noodle it again tomorrow, guys. It’s how I first tried it but found the bullet feeder bumped into the PTX expander bracket.
