I guess it depends on if for your needs the change in technical information between the two is worth a little over $50? You make no mention of what you are loading? Manufacturers love to toss the term Bench Rest around when advertising. Truth is most of the bench rest shooters I know are using the Harrells Powder Throws and not Hornady. What I see as distinguishing a really good or quality powder throw is the machining and the throw's ability to be consistent or have a high measure of repeatability. Really depends on what you want, expect and are willing to pay for. Some powders will always meter better than others and the throw that is consistent with difficult to meter stick type powders always has my vote.

My LNL measure is pretty accurate. The loads I am really an@l about are loaded on a single stage and charges are weighed.
