had a friend over to load some 40 cal after he had loaded 300 I don't know why but the primer punch caught fully extended so he did not stop to see what was going on then the primer lever assy broke. I called Hornady this morning and parts are on the way no charge wow what a company

Hornady was a little snobby to me last week when I called and asked about extra depriming pins. In the end she shipped them to me but wasn't very nice about it.

I ordered some extra 45 caliber A&B collets for my 45 bullet feeder dies. I want to modify one set to feed 45 lead bullets. They were great on the phone and the order is in and on it's way. Very nice folks and great service with me. Their Facebook site was great also. Posted and asked where to order the extra collects late in the evening and had a answer when I got up the next morning. I'm very pleased with the service I have gotten.

I agree. I have an LNL press and the few times I've sent a question to the tech guys...they just sent me a new part.
