Well, from what I've read the original pressure limit for the .38 Special +P was 21,500 PSI. It was lowered to 20,000 PSI and then 18,500 PSI because of all the ultra light revolvers being made. They did the same stupid thing with the .357 Magnum. If they did raise the pressure for the .38 Special +P back to 20,000 PSI I consider that a step in the right direction.
