The first of what could be several long-awaited congressional hearings on the controversial Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives’ “Project Gunrunner” and “Operation Fast and Furious” will be held next Monday, congressional sources have confirmed today.

The official title for the hearing is "Obstruction of Justice: Does the Justice Department have to respond to a lawfully issued and valid Congressional Subpoena?"

Well hopefully congress will grow some stones and cut off the ATF's funding until they comply. However, that is about as likely as the ATF deciding there are already enough gun laws on the books.
