How about a new gun mag?

Am I the only one here that gets motorcycle mags and gun mags? Why hasn't anyone combines these into one magazine, I'd be the first to subscribe.
What do you think?

I don't know about the guns and bikes, but..

I agree with both Erich and Nikon Shooter. I don't know if the guns and bikes thing would really go over. Now Erick and Nikon Shooter have the right idea.. and now that they've mentioned it.. how about:

"Brews, Bareback Brunettes and Bodacious B:what:bies"?

Now THAT will work for me!

[SS] No. I too lament I can't simplyl subscribe to one mag which will correctly cover the moto and gun issues I am interested in. FWIW, Kevin Scwantz is pro gun, and a moto rag showed him at his ranch, .44 magnum in hand...

Some requirements:

HQ must be located in progun territory, leaving out :

NY, CA, MD, NJ, IL, HI, or DC.

To appeal to a broader cross section, we should cover issues like:

How to transport long guns to the range
Getting ranges more moto-accessible.
Road rage: Are Pod mounted 12 gauges the answer?
Adventure touring to a 3 gun match.
Packing while canyon strafing
Where to ride with your backup?

and much more.
 
This concept (combining divergent hobbies/interests) opens up a whole new world of possibilities...
How about (my personal favorites):
Skiing and Guns
Cigars and Guns
Boating and Guns

And for the wife:
Cooking and Guns
Gardening and Guns

For the mother-in-law:
Quilting and Guns
 
Hah! Two fields which both have an excess of awful magazines. I mean, motorcycles have MCN, American Rider (AMA), Bike and most of the rest are total crap (Cycle World, Motorcyclist, Sport Rider, VQ, Hot Bikes...). Though I suppose if you like Cycle World you probably like 'Guns and Ammo' :rolleyes:

Here is the first recipe:
How to cook bacon for your lunch at the range
What you need:
  • Bacon
  • Steel wire
  • Supressor
  • Magazine fed gun
  • About 50 rnds of ammo
Wrap bacon around supressor.
Attach with steel wire.
Rapid fire one or two magazines.
Enjoy. :)
