Wooo busting out the big 22s! Wish my contender wasnt in 6.5 Grendel rifle mode right now...

I do have this Savage Striker in 22 mag... Which got me into a bigger Striker in 22-250 and TC Contenders. Yes it is a left handed, right side eject bolt action. The little tasco does just fine on it.

I enjoy shooting my Anschutz Exemplar, in .22 long rifle, it will shoot better than, I can dream about shooting. It is the most accurate handgun I own. It will out shoot a lot of rifles. I went in reverse, by owning and shooting a Remington XP 100 221 fireball and a Thompson Center Encore 44 Magnum, before a rimfire, specialty pistol. I love hunting squirrel, with the Exemplar. It is neat, to have a handgun, with the capabilities of a rifle. Below is a picture of it, when I bought it. I have added a Burris 2x7 scope. It’s a very neat setup.

The 4 1/2” High Standard is on of my favorite rimfire pistols. To me, it is one of the best looking handguns ever made. There is just something about the flat sided barrel, with a vent rib sitting on that 4 1/2” barrel, and the lines of the pistol, that make it pop. I have only had this one for a little over three months. It shoots good with CCI standard velocity but really shoots with Lupa pistol king, which I can’t afford much off. CCI green tag does just a little better than CCI standard velocity. This one is a ML series, with a serial number below 25,000 and is one of the last Hamden High Standards.
The Browning Challenger was made in 1965, the same year I was born. It was made in Belgium and is a little work of art. The Smith and Wesson model 18 no dash, was made in 1958. It is my favorite rimfire revolver. The polish and bluing on it, is as good as any thing Colt puts out. It has a set of English walnut, Culina grips. It is just a great little revolver. The Smith and Wesson model 41 is a great pistol. I put a set Nill grips on it, and love them. The Colt woodsman sport is a all time favorite. I bought it to replace one I had to sell, back in the early 80’s. I have more rimfire handguns and quite a few rifles. I own many firearms but I get the most joy and fun out of my rimfires.
