Looking for a cheap durable stock that will fit heavy barrel with no modification. I'd also like to avoid bedding, sanding etc but not have huge accuracy issues. Any advice?

If you're chasing consistent 1MOA or better groups then the Hogue stock is too flexible.

You cannot have good 10/22 accuracy without bedding and free floating most of the barrel.
No ifs ands or butts.

A heavy barrel will shave half an inch off the typical 1.5" at 50 yard groups.
Good bedding will shave off another half inch.
Headspacing and other tricks will shave off a little more.

It's difficult to bed a Hogue overmold stock, but it can be done.

If "pretty good" accuracy is what you want then the Hogue is fine. It is nice to shoot in the woods.
If you want to squeeze the most out then you have to get another stock and do some work.
