I know a fellow that bought an existing business building and remodeled before he moved his business into it.
TWO walk in vaults and two hidden vaults were built first . I mean top-notch professional jobs with all the letters, number and ratings.
Unless you know, you do not have a clue these vaults exist in this structure, much less what is in them.
One walk in vault is "sub-divided" and that is where he piddles, cleans and does some minor gun smithing.
The rest of the building was remodeled of course. Very few persons know this person even knows what a firearm is, much less has what he does.
For example: 200 Colt 1911s, "over there" another 200 1911s by other mfgs.
Name a model 12 shotgun - he had multiples. [ I mean I only want one of his ___ or so Model 12s in 28 ga ]
Name a model 70, he probably has it, and more than one.
Sometimes he invites folks like me to come visit and piddle, food brought in while we visit and all.
Upstairs, he added two apartments if you will. They too have professional grade safes , for guests to stay and keep valuables in.
Funny is hearing him tell his brothers "Look we are talking and piddling with Winchester shotguns tonight, some other night we will carry on about machine guns".
Topic gets back to the Winchester shotguns....
"Steve, put down that Model 12 in 28 ga, you have that look again and I am betting you cannot get out of here with it"
