I see a few hi viz fiber optic sights for the Super Redhawk Alaskan but I do not see a Tritium sight available.

I like the Meprolight sight with the flat top surface, green with the white ring. They don't list one.

I may have to buy one for a different model and mill it to fit.

Why dont they make them?!! Ive asked the same question for any of my bear defense revolvers. Would sure be nice to have a flashlight mount also, for those late night pee trips from the tent. Im considering drilling/tapping the underlug on my Taurus Tracker for a light mount, then if I like it enough, maybe on the Toklat. Tritium sights would be nice too.

Ok... Sorry I shot too quickly... “they do make them....“

For Alaskans: Front Sight = XS sights, rear sight = Meprolight

For Toklats: Front Sight = Bowen DX type Toklat front sight base + XS DX Sight or Dawson, Rear Sight = Meprolight

Remind me tomorrow, I’ll attach photos of both.

I found these: (prompted by your post)

I got excited thinking they might make sights for 327 Night Guard when I found the Meprolight link, but no. They do have SRH sights though.

Hand file, if you go this route. Any heat you put into the part, especially with the Meprolight sight, will compromise the adhesives. BTDT, the lamp will squirt itself out of the sight with remarkably small amount of machining heat.

For the Toklat with the DX base from Bowen, Dawson’s sight blades are square top.

For the Alaskan, a blade can be easily cut from barstock then sent to Amerigun to be drilled and have a lamp installed - same lamp as used in the XS standard dot sights.
