I find it hard to disagree with this man on anything. Guns, food, hunting, knives. He treats everyone with the highest respect too.

Totally agree on the Sardinian knife. I've had this resolza for a couple of years now, and it not only cuts great, but feels sooo good in the hand. Like an Opinel, it's insanely light weight for it's size. Don't even know it's in the pocket until you need it. Handle is rams horn. Made by Senior Osai and sons , Pattada Sardina.
 
If you look up Sardinian or Pattada knives you'll find some extraordinary artisans there producing beautiful knives.

Awesome. I love the leaf blade shape. It is probably my favorite. It is so cool to see it on more traditional knives.
