How do I adjust the trigger on my M&P 15?

I've got a S&W M&P 15 Performance Center 5.56 with a too light (for me) trigger.

Is it adjustable?

Do you see set screws or anything in there that would lead you to believe it could be adjusted?

If not you will probly just have to drop a few bucks to buy another trigger group. There are some nice ones out there. Isn't there like a spikes enhanced group or something like that?
