How do I remove a cylinder from a Colt Trooper MK3?

Trying to clean in some little nooks and crannies and need to take off the cylinder to get in where I want. Thanks.

Remove the screw on the right side of the frame below the cylinder, open cylinder and slide it toward the front sight the crane and cylinder will come out.
