How Do You Store Your Turrets?

Rusty's idea is good, but a little busy with all the parts, and pricey too.

The round red containers from Lee is a good idea, I didn't know they could be bought from Midway. At $4.29 each, also pricey since I need a dozen.

1" thick plank (or plywood or plastic or whatever) with 3" holes in it. The turrets will drop right through, so you have to apply a 1/2" or narrower strip to the underside of the plank. That will keep the dies from falling through and 1/2" will fit between the dies that protrude below the turret.

This, I like! I'd thought of using a board with big holes in it, but hadn't thought of the 1/2" "retainer strip" under the holes! With a 3" hole saw, I can whip up a nice rack pretty quickly like this. Something like Snuffy's, but multi-level and probably angled a tad, maybe even wall-mounted.

I use a soup can of the appropriate diameter and a piece of foam on the bottom to cushon the dies and a plastic snap on lid for the top
