How does Range-Finding Reticle work on NcStar Scope???

I got this 3-12x50 scope that has the range finding reticle but it does not have any marking nor did it come with owners manual so I have no idea how to use it. Any ideas?

I guess they do not put the ranges in the glass to allow better sighting. However, I would need the manual.

They have a contact link, perhaps you could ask them for a manual?
