I will be getting a CZ 452 Varmint in .17hmr very soon. This is the setup that I am proposing and would like your input as to whether everything will be compatable and, if so, will it be effective for shooting groundhogs and squirrels in the 100 yard range. Please note that I do not want to spend more than about $500. My main concern is whether the rings will be high enough for the 50mm scope. Please let me know. Also, if you have a 50mm on your CZ with the 257 rings, please attach a pic so I can see what it will look like. Thanks in advance.
