You mean in the courthouse/room? Cannot carry here since 9/11 ('cause you know Tippecanoe County Indiana is high on AQT's priority list *sigh*).
I do, but I have carried a gun in public since 18 (before 18 could only carry on private land). And before 9/11 carried in court. One of the largest antique gun collectors in the nation is the city attorney here (and a Democrat). My gun club has many attorneys as members (active in highpower, skeet, cowboy, or like El Tejon, just gun nuts) and I have taught many private attorneys, DPAs and LEOs that work for the prosecutor's office to shoot/handle firearms.
Some judges have guns in the courtroom, some do not. In the more rural counties here the higher the probability. Have seen everything from snubnose .38s, 1911s, .357s, even one long gun (a shotgun).
